I ran World of Goo both on one of my Windows Vista machines and on my Ubuntu machine at home. Frankly, the price is very small when you consider the many hours of fun that you can have with all the goo balls. Since World of Goo looked like a ton of fun and had both of those, the $20 price tag was nothing. These days, I find great favor in things that 1) have Linux support and 2) are DRM free. After installation it should appear in Synaptic, and from there you can remove it at any time. Double click on it and follow instruction. From the command line, go to the folder that contains your main goo64 folder you just prepared (again, you can name the folder whatever you want. You are now ready to prepare your amd64 deb folder.ġ3. You should now have your main folder with the following inside:ĭEBIAN folder with tree text files in it (control, postinst, and postrm) a "usr" folder and an "opt" folder.ġ2.
